During my Childhood until my Teenage years,
I Enjoyed Playing Outside with my Dad and I also Loved Sports.
Physical Education was my Favourite Class at School.
With Time I Realized that it was Something I was Passionate About.
At this Time, I Wasn't Completely Healthy. I had Unhealthy Behaviour without Really Being Conscious About it. I was Eating Buttery Popcorn, Chips, Candies, Hamburgers, Fries and Much More. I didn't Really Enjoy Eating Greens.
I Remember my Mom had to Trade one Table Spoon of Veggie Soup with one Cheeto so that I can eat Veggies.
Long Story Short, I had Trouble to Eat Healthy.
What I Won't Forget is that I Really Enjoyed Running. I was Leaving the House Last Minute for School in order to Run.
In my Senior Year in 2012, I Had a Knee Problem so I Had to do Surgery.
This Event was Really Stressful for me, Knowing Probably I Couldn't Run like I Always did.
Thankfully, the Surgery Went Fine and I had to do Six Months of Rehab.
After the 6 months, I Started my Lifeguard Training in 2014 and At That Time I was Completely Recovered from the Surgery.
I Completed the Training Successfully in 2015 with Ups and Downs Obviously. I Practiced without Giving up and I was so Committed to Succeed.
After that, I Started Working as a Lifeguard and This Till Now, Certified NLS (National Lifeguard), both Nationally and Internationally Recognized.
I Kept Studying and I Applied in Kinesiology at University of Montreal.
While Studying and Working as a Lifeguard, I Experienced Low Back Pain, Shoulder Pain and Knee Pain.
Thanks to the Knowledge the University Enabled me to Have, I Have been Able to Overcome all of my Musculoskeletal Problems and Recover Permanently.
This is Where my Passion Brought me.
In 2012, my BMI (Body mass index) was at 25 (Overweighted) and my Weight was 65kg/143lbs.
My Fat percentage was at 26% (Poor Category) and I was 17 years old.
In 2015, I Started Losing Weight and I lost 2kg/4lbs, I was 20.
I Manage my Weight ever since. My Weight is now 57kg/126lbs and I have a BMI of 20 (Normal).
My Fat percentage is now 19% (Good Category) and I am 25 years old.
No More Experience of Low Back Pain, Shoulder Pain and Knee Pain since Then.
I Feel More Energy and More Functional on a Regular Basis.
I'm Now Able to do the Activities I Enjoy the Most (Running, Swimming, Working Out, and more).
I Worked as a Lifeguard, Aquafitness Instructor and Swimming Instructor for 5 years. I had Internships as a Kinesiologist at the University Kinesiology Clinic and also at the Biggest Cardiovascular Prevention Center Across Canada (Centre ÉPIC).
I Helped People with Musculoskeletal Disorders such as Low Back Pain, Knee Pain, Shoulder Pain, Neck Pain and more. I also Gave Lots of Classes from Running Sessions, Functional Training to Swimming Lessons.
