24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel your training appointment or your package will be charged a session. Rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice must be rescheduled for the same day to save that session. If you cancel within the 24 hour time period or cannot reschedule the same day and I can get another client to fill your time slot, your package will not be charged. This policy not only gives you an incentive not to miss your session, but also prevents the trainer to miss a time-slot that could have been used by someone else.
